Trade License Form

Pursuant to Title 9 Chapter 1 – Trade License Required; Payment of Fees:  In the Jay City Code along with Ordinance Number 326 passed on March 4^th, 2019 effective April 13^th, 2019 for the City of Jay, Oklahoma, a City Trade License is required in order to engage in any trade activity within the city limits of Jay, Oklahoma.  The cost of this License is $25 per year and will expire on June 30^th of each year.  Trade Licenses are for:

            Electric or plumbing contractors

            Contractors (general or trades)

            Journeyman

            Apprentices

Renewal of City Trade License is $25 due by July 1^st, 2021.
