Business Licenses

A City Business License is required in order to do business within the city limits of Jay, Oklahoma.  Business Licenses expire on June 30th of each year.  Renewal is $100, due by July 1 each year.  See attached form - 2022-2023 Business License.

A City Trade License is required in order for any service company to engage in any trade activity within the city limits of Jay, Oklahoma.  Trade Licenses expire on June 30th of each year.  Renewal is $25, due by July 1 each year.  See attached form - 2022-2023 Trade License.
