Business License Form

Pursuant to Title 3 Chapter 1 – Business License Required; Payment of Fees:  In the Jay City Code along with Ordinance Number 328 passed on March 4^th, 2019 effective April 13^th, 2019 for the City of Jay, Oklahoma, a City Business License is required in order to do business within the city limits of Jay, Oklahoma.  The cost of this License is $100 per year and will expire on June 30^th of each year.
